Hi friends. If you’ve been with me throughout my blogging days it won’t surprise you when I make changes. Heck, I might even change this sentence right in the middle of your reading it. But I always have a good reason. That’s the way I see it, anyway, and it usually has to do with something better coming along—often way past when it should have.
But let me tell you why I’ve dropped “Ramona’s News From the Blogfront”. I don’t like it. I don’t like having my name in the title—it seems pretentious—and the rest of it doesn’t really tell the story. So, boom—it’s gone and it’s a relief.
So it’s ‘Constant Commoner’ now, after racking my brain for days trying to come up with something new. I don’t know why I didn’t think of it sooner! It’s the name of one of my old blogs and I own the domain name already. I even had a banner. (See above) But even more, it reflects what you’ll find here. Nothing fancy, with a liberal blue-collar Midwestern mindset. Because that’s who I am.
So there it is. A big change, but one that feels right. Thanks for riding along!
And let me know what you think. Is it an improvement, or not? Should I just relax and stop making changes? (I think I can answer that one myself…)
Thanks. I have the same problem, want to change my newsletter name and was wondering about the fallout.
We look forward to reading whatever you write! ❤️❤️
