Thank you for this. I'm beyond tired of "journalists" and "reporters" focusing on Biden's age and Harris' unlikability (in their own minds anyway). They need to get it together and write on things that are real and actually matter.

I just got finished writing a nice but scathing email to the WaPo reporter who covered a female candidate for the House in Virginia having her legal online sexcapades broadcast to the public. The reporter spent 25% of the article writing in detail about what the woman and her husband did online (legally) and a minimal amount talking about the anonymous Republican who outed her. You know, the person who actually committed a crime.

She also didn't spend too much time on how the female candidate is a pro-choice nurse practitioner and the incumbent is the usual Republican jackass who in a heartbeat will vote to control women via an abortion ban. I mean, I'm sure that had nothing to do with the mudslinging. Can you tell how angry I am?

So yeah, I enjoyed your takedown of the MSM "reporter" who seems determined to sell fiddles while Rome burns. I also appreciated the shout-out to Dan Rather. He's amazing! I wish they'd all take a lesson from him. Maybe greed isn't worth their integrity.

They're driving me crazy. I'm watching the entire country stumble and threaten to crumble while they're nitpicking nonsense and trying to make issues of it. As if it's just great fun to turn American against American over Biden's AGE when he's doing good things, and Kamala Harris's 'popularity' when she's also doing good things.

Good works should prevail! The bad guys shouldn't have a chance. The idiots in the press get it, all right, they just don't want to do what's right because it could jeopardize their JOBS. Corporation own the press, as they always have, but now the corporations are openly anti-government, so everything has changed.

We can't be governed by anti-government forces. That's a dictatorship and we'll never put up with that.

The press has to decide which side they're on. Because they're going to be forced to take sides.

Misty, let us know if you get an answer from him. I would love to know what he has to say. And of course what you said, too! Thanks

She's a strong Black woman - an anathema to anyone on the right, and unfortunately some on the left. But no one's saying that, because RACIST....Biden has my vote - has from Day 1 of his Presidency.

You're exactly right. I admire her quiet, steady progress as she works to get the job done. What more can we ask of her? Must she be a rock star in order to become more 'popular'?

We live in lunatic times.

Too many see her only as a strong Black woman, just like Ketanji Jackson. I don't know how we are going to fix that before the MAGA groups starts "swift-boating" her. I get so depressed about it all....and now my computer is messed up and I can't access my anxiety meditation...ah, the irony...

The MAGAs will always be at it. We have to be more vocal than they are, if that's possible. I've decided I'm in it to win it in 2024 and my sweet little old lady days are behind me.

I'm sick of spending DECADES trying to save this country from itself, only to watch it fall to undeserving maniacs who think if they want it they should have it.

Hell, no.

Just out of curiosity, how old is David Ignatius?

Aha! He's 73.

The bottom line for me is this. Do you want an 80-year-old who has made amazing progress in many areas during his years as president or a 77 year old, twice impeached, four times indicted with 91 charges ex-president focused on revenge as the next president of the United States. To me, it's a no-brainer.

Perfect.

Next question: Why is that so hard to understand?

If we could figure that out - we would be in much better shape.
